Here is an update from me: this summer while being between jobs, I began focusing on my startup project - Crosspass. I went to San Francisco, twice, hoping to either find investors or a job, or both.

The experience told me that I need to first find a market fit, and my business partner told me that my earlier secure email prototype (which I called Raspberry Mail) has a clear market fit. So I began resurrecting this code which I didn’t touch for 5 years, and I’ve been doing it for two months now. Meanwhile work goes on Crosspass too, via Upworkers.

A month ago I found a full time gig, and I’ve been focusing on that , it’s a steep learning curve.

So by the day I work on the full time job, and evening I work on Raspberry mail.
